Jersey Shore Animal Center is committed to the rescue and care of unwanted, abused, abandoned, sick animals and to the adoption of these animals to responsible, loving homes. To that end, veterinary care is provided as needed, medication and inoculations are given and neutering/spaying is done prior to adoption unless the animal’s health or age precludes this procedure. In addition, a compassionate staff tends to providing for each animal’s physical and emotional needs, taking care to keep each one sheltered, clean, well-fed and socialized.

Happy Mother’s Day
Happy Mother’s Day to every Mom, Momma, Not The Mama, Food Lady, Lap Lady, The Woman and any Mothers that I can’t think of to name right now!

My Food Lady seems to really enjoy feeding me. I get to have 1st Breakfast, More 1st Breakfast, a Snacky, Lunch, Late Afternoon Snacky, Dinner and of, course, we shall never forget…Pre-bedtime Temptations!

Therefore, you can see how the best day for my Food Lady on Mother’s Day is to allow her to spend even more time feeding me!

It’s Friday…
It’s very sad that we had to lose Bonnie yesterday when she went to the Bridge suddenly. She was an Attack Tabby Extraordinaire and will be greatly missed. My thoughts and prayers and plenty of purrs go out to Victor Tabbycat and her whole family.
And I want to wish Happy Birthday to ML. She is Mary Lynn of the Sherwood Bunch and a wonderful friend to all of us cats.

Easy Like Sunday Morning
This is one of my favorite chairs.
On top of this chair I can see where my treat cupboard door is! That is very important because if that door opens, you want to be sure not to miss getting treats! It’s also very comfortable and it’s easy to stretch out your legs on it. I enjoy having my legs hang down sometimes. There is even a nice blanket spread over to top of it for my comfort!
